Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Inkwell Blot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Inkwell Blot.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Inkwell Blot to:

• Create links to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or spam.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Inkwell Blot a limited licence to host and deliver that content as part of the service. We retain ownership of the platform, branding, and all underlying software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkwell Blot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
